For us, production means more than the pure production of parts: The production of a part starts with the first idea for a product or for an optimized MEYLE-HD part. There is a lot of work and time spent on research, specifications, sample and quality tests and coordination before an article is produced by production machines and employees. 

Due to the great effort that our MEYLE engineers spend on these steps, we proudly speak of MEYLE parts that are "ENGINEERED AND QUALITY APPROVED IN GERMANY". MEYLE parts are developed strictly in accordance with the specifications and specifications of our engineers in Hamburg, accompanied and tested in the production process.

Production takes place both in our own factories in Turkey and in selected partners of our international network. Through the many years of experience of the MEYLE engineers and the deep understanding of innovative manufacturing processes, we control our worldwide production processes with high precision and quality.

The certification of our production according to the ISO / TS 16949 standard allows us to supply original equipment manufacturers or OEMs with serial parts. Thanks to high flexibility and short production times, we can respond optimally to the current spare parts requirements in the outdoor aftermarket.

Through the combination of high engineering skills and flexible production possibilities, we are now a development partner for premium OE manufacturers, such as the British manufacturer Morgan.
